We accept returns within 14 days of the orders first delivery attempt date, for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, and with all of its parts and accesories must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery. Items must be sent in one single shipment.
Dido reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
Store credit (voucher) can be used on a future order within 1 year of the return.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days.
Please note that we do not offer a refund, for orders that the gift option was selected at the checkout. In that case we offer only, product/size exchange and store credit.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.
Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
We offer free returns within Greece, if you choose to send your parcel through ACS Courier Services.
Send us your parcel, choosing recipient’s charge. If you choose a courier company other than ACS for your return, you will be burdened with the shipping cost. This policy is limited to one exchange per order.
In case you are returning your order from outside Greece, you will be burdened with the shipping cost.
In case your order is returning from outside the EU, you will be additionally burdened with any other fees, duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities.
Important notice: We do not accept returns sent with Hellenic Post (ELTA), because items are often lost or seriously delayed.
